You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to download and use, from Adobe's website.

To save a copy: when you click on the report, it will open in Adobe acrobat. One of the options in Acrobat Reader is "Save a copy". Click "Save A Copy". This will then give you the opportunity to save the PDF to your computer.

You can also view the conference conclusions in MS PowerPoint. You can download and view these conclusions. It is a 1mb Microsoft PowerPoint presentation file. You will need Microsoft PowerPoint or a PowerPoint viewer and preferably a broadband connection to download and view the file.
